"We build machines that reflect the soul of whoever rides them. Not just motorcycles β they are sculptures in motion, made of passion and purpose."
Founded in 2011 in Esmoriz, Ruamachines began as an intense dream between two friends who believed motorcycles should be as unique as the people who ride them. Every project starts with a story β yours β and ends with something extraordinary.
From cafΓ© racers to scramblers, trackers and brats, every machine is hand-built from the frame up, in our workshop in Esmoriz. No templates. No shortcuts. Just craft.

"A helmet is more than protection β it's a canvas for identity."
At Ruamachines, we extend our craft beyond the machine itself. Each custom helmet is hand-painted by commissioned artists, transforming standard protective gear into a wearable work of art that reflects your personality and riding style.
From intricate floral patterns to bold graphic designs, every helmet is a one-of-a-kind piece. We work with a curated network of artists to ensure that each creation is as unique and intentional as the machine you ride.
ENQUIRE ABOUT A HELMETEvery project starts with a consultation β in person at the workshop or remotely. We define the vision, select the base bike and build from the frame up. You're kept informed at every stage.
A fully custom build typically takes 6 to 8 months. More complex projects requiring fabricated parts or special paintwork can extend up to 12 months. We never rush a build β the result is worth the wait.
All builds include a 6-month mechanical warranty on our work. We remain available for ongoing maintenance, tune-ups and inspections throughout the life of the machine.
Every project is unique and typically takes 6 to 8 months, depending on complexity, parts sourcing and the level of customisation. More demanding projects β involving frame modifications, custom bodywork or full paint β can extend up to 12 months. We provide a realistic timeline from the start and keep you updated throughout the entire process.
Yes. Any machine listed on the site as "Available" is for sale. Get in touch via the enquiry form or WhatsApp, and we will arrange a visit to the workshop in Esmoriz. Pricing is available upon request and depends on the specific configuration of each machine.
Absolutely β that is precisely what we do best. Every commissioned project starts with a consultation, where we discuss your idea, your riding style and the aesthetic direction you have in mind. From there, we define the donor bike, agree on a budget and timeline, and get to work. You will receive regular updates and are welcome to visit the workshop during the build process.
Every build is unique, so the budget is always defined on a case-by-case basis. The final cost varies depending on the base motorcycle, the level of transformation, bespoke fabricated parts, chosen components and the type of finish. We work across different investment levels and ensure full transparency regarding costs from the very first moment.
Yes. We provide maintenance services for all machines built in our workshop and, selectively, for other custom projects as well. Regular maintenance is essential to preserve the performance, reliability and integrity of a handcrafted machine over time. To schedule a service or talk to us about caring for your motorcycle, get in touch.
Yes. We arrange international shipping through trusted logistics partners who specialise in motorcycle transport. Timelines and costs vary depending on the destination and the specifics of each shipment. Deliveries within Europe generally take between 5 to 10 business days after the motorcycle has been prepared for transport. We handle all documentation, ensuring a simple, secure and fully supported experience from start to finish.
Our design language is found primarily in cafΓ© racers, scramblers, trackers, brat styles and bobbers. We have a particular affinity for air-cooled machines from the 1970s to the 1990s β especially Ducati, Moto Guzzi, Triumph, BMW, Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha platforms β for their mechanical integrity, character and transformation potential. That said, every project is assessed individually, ensuring the right base gives rise to a truly distinctive result.
Still have questions? We're happy to talk through your project in detail.
GET IN TOUCHWhether you want to know more about an available machine, start a custom build, or simply talk to us about your next project, we'd love to hear from you. Every conversation is the start of something made with intention, detail and character.
