There are 5,000 puzzle pieces, each €5. Each piece gives you a raffle number. Once all pieces are sold, one number is drawn — and that number wins the bike.
By email, about 24 hours after purchase (up to 48h during high volume). It's processed in batches on purpose, so no two participants ever get the same number.
Yes. The purchase confirmation email arrives right away and is your proof. The entry number follows separately, within ~24h. Keep the confirmation email.
Yes, as many as you like. Each piece is a different number — more pieces, more chances to win (and more help for the cause).
No. The prize is the bike and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted. Transfer and registration costs are the winner's responsibility.
Yes. The raffle is open to anyone 18 or older, in Portugal and abroad. Delivery/transport of the bike to an international winner is arranged case by case.
